1. OUR COMMITMENT TO TRANSPARENCY

Preppinbee is committed to operating with full transparency about the technologies that power our platform. As artificial intelligence becomes a central part of how students prepare for standardized tests and academic milestones, we believe our users — students, parents, and tutors — have the right to understand how and why AI is used within our services.

This disclosure is intended to clearly communicate the nature, scope, and limitations of our AI-powered features, in accordance with applicable platform guidelines, including those set forth by Google for services integrating AI-generated content and capabilities.

2. AI TECHNOLOGY PROVIDER

Preppinbee leverages Google Gemini, Google's advanced generative AI platform, to power all artificial intelligence features and functionalities available on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, AI-assisted study tools, content recommendations, practice question generation, performance insights, and tutor-matching intelligence.

All AI-powered features, recommendations, and generated content on the Preppinbee platform are delivered exclusively through Google Gemini services. Preppinbee does not develop or maintain its own proprietary large language models.

By using Google Gemini, Preppinbee benefits from enterprise-grade AI infrastructure developed, maintained, and governed by Google LLC. Google's AI principles and usage policies govern the underlying model behavior. Users may review Google's AI practices at ai.google.

3. HOW AI IS USED ON PREPPINBEE

The following platform features are powered, in whole or in part, by Google Gemini AI services:

• AI-generated practice questions and adaptive test preparation content for SAT, ACT, AP, TOEFL, and IB examinations
• Personalized study recommendations based on student performance data and learning patterns
• Automated feedback and explanation generation for practice exercises
• Intelligent tutor-to-student matching suggestions based on academic needs and preferences
• Conversational study assistance and on-platform Q&A features
• Content summarization, vocabulary support, and contextual explanations

Important: AI-generated content on Preppinbee is intended to supplement — not replace — qualified human tutors. All substantive academic guidance, particularly for exam strategy and personalized instruction, should be reviewed in consultation with a licensed or experienced tutor available through our marketplace.

4. OUR AI PRINCIPLES

Preppinbee's use of AI is governed by the following operational principles:

Accuracy — AI-generated academic content is reviewed and validated against established curriculum standards wherever practicable. We do not guarantee the accuracy of all AI outputs.

Student Safety — Our AI features are configured to operate within safe content parameters appropriate for students, including minors. Inappropriate content generation is actively mitigated.

Data Minimization — Only the data necessary to deliver AI features is processed. Student data is never used to train third-party AI models without explicit consent.

Human Oversight — AI outputs are positioned as decision-support tools. Preppinbee and its tutors retain responsibility for the quality and appropriateness of academic guidance delivered on the platform.

5. DATA HANDLING & PRIVACY

When AI features are invoked, limited user interaction data — such as practice responses, session context, and platform usage patterns — may be transmitted to Google Gemini APIs for processing. This data is handled in accordance with:

• Preppinbee's Privacy Policy, available at preppinbee.com/privacy
• Google's API Data Processing Terms, which govern how Google processes data submitted through its AI services
• Applicable data protection regulations, including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) for users under the age of 13

Preppinbee does not sell student data to third parties and does not permit personal student data to be used for purposes beyond the delivery of platform services.

6. LIMITATIONS OF AI FEATURES

Users of Preppinbee should be aware of the following limitations inherent to AI-powered services:

• AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. Users are encouraged to verify critical academic information with qualified tutors or official exam resources.
• AI recommendations are probabilistic in nature and do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or exam scores.
• The performance of AI features may vary depending on the completeness and accuracy of information provided by the user.
• Preppinbee's AI features do not constitute professional academic advising, counseling, or psychological services.

7. POLICY UPDATES

Preppinbee reserves the right to update this AI Transparency disclosure at any time to reflect changes in our use of AI technologies, updates to our service offerings, or changes in applicable law or platform guidelines. Material updates will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent in-platform notice.

Continued use of the Preppinbee platform following the publication of any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised disclosure. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
